Leather furniture can be hardwearing and easy to clean, but it does need TLC. Like you have to do with all sofas, check for dust and debris that may have slipped down the sides of your leather sofa. With leather sectional furniture, move the components around at regular intervals, especially if you find that some of the parts or the positions have more frequent use than the rest.

Spreading the wear and tear across the sections, allows all the sections to have regular cleaning. Make sure that sectional sofas or other sectional furniture is never close to sources of light or heat for too long, as this can cause premature cracking or splitting of the leather.

Although part of the appeal of a leather sofa, is the fact that it is easy to wipe, spills that occur, should be mopped up as quickly as possible with a blotting action and not rubbed, as, by rubbing, ingrains it in to the leather. Paying extra to have extra furniture protection applied at the time of purchase, is a big help in minimizing the risk of staining; especially if there are children or pets in the home.

To make your sofa clean and looks as like new one you can use leather polsih. First find out the similar color polish then try it on a place that is invisible. Wait for around one day if there is no problem or no difference in color of leather then you can try it on whole sofa leather. It will add shine to your leather sofa and keep it looks aslike new for longer time.
